From Boysenberry Festival to Peanuts Celebration, Merry Farm to Scary Farm, Knott’s is looking for talented individuals with theatrical, theme park, concert, corporate experience in Project Administration to join our Entertainment Leadership Team.Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating the administrative functions for the Entertainment Technical Department.

Coordinate and assist with the Hiring, Onboarding/Offboarding and Training of associates.

Maintain process for associate scheduling, performance evaluation and performance tracking, including maintaining associate discipline.

Maintains technical performance standards, operating procedures and training documentation by working with department leaders to ensure they are kept up to date. May conduct department trainings, including onboarding.

Ensures Associate time keeping standards are maintained on a daily basis.

Communicates Department status to Supervisor, including operational issues, Associate concerns, and guest complaints, on a weekly basis.

Other duties as assigned

Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.

Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.

Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Meets Cedar Fair's attendance requirements as outlined in Cedar Fair's attendance policies.

Adheres to Cedar Fair's Rules of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Employee Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures.

Qualifications:EducationAssociate's Degree (2 year College or Tech School) Theater or Project ManagementMinimum Age1 ‑ 2 Years Related Experience professional theatre or relatedentertainment industry.ExperienceAt Least 18 Years of AgeQualifications:

Experience in leadership, problem solving, conflict resolution, and organization.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, Smartsheet, and other web based database software.

Experience with scheduling and conducting interviews as well as providing hiring recommendations.

Professional ettiqutte leading virtual or in person meetings, and taking or recieving messages via phone, email, or interoffice chat software.

Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.

Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
