Program Implementation & Delivery:
Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
Manage program timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Oversee the work of cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and accountability.
Monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively escalate issues to senior management.
Report regularly on program status, performance metrics, and key deliverables to stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement across all program areas.
Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or other methodologies, resulting in measurable efficiency gains and cost reductions.
Document and standardize improved processes, ensuring consistency and sustainability.
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process effectiveness and identify areas for ongoing improvement.overnance & Compliance:
Establish and maintain program governance structures, ensuring adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement robust quality control processes to ensure program deliverables meet the highest standards.
Manage program documentation and records effectively, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Change Management:
Develop and execute change management plans to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational changes.
Identify and address potential resistance to change, proactively communicating the benefits of improvements and addressing stakeholder concerns.
Facilitate training and support for impacted teams, ensuring a smooth transition to new ways of working.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
Team Management & Leadership:
Provide informal supervision and lead through influence.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve program objectives.
Expected travel 30%
What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred; equivalent experience considered. 8-12 years of relevant experience in program management, process improvement, and change management. Lean Six Sigma certification highly desired. Proven experience leading and delivering complex programs, preferably in a matrixed organization and/or an organization that has grown through M&A. Demonstrated success in implementing process improvement initiatives, resulting in measurable efficiency gains. Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $160,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $175,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
