OverviewAs our Office Coordinator at CHI St. Vincent, you will help patients and our clinical team ensure smooth and efficient operations in our clinic.Every day you will monitor patient arrivals, collect payments, assemble patient records, maintain patient confidentiality, fulfill record requests, and coordinate insurance authorizations. You will be expected to provide outstanding administrative support and play a crucial role in the patient experience.To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.CHI St Vincent is a non-profit facility providing quality health care to patients and communities in and around Central Arkansas. Monitor patient arrivals and assist in patient flow.

Handle phone inquiries, direct calls, and assist with referrals.

Maintain patient records and document patient locations.

Collect payments and handle follow-up calls.

Ensure inventory of clinic supplies, arrange activities, and assist in discharge processes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Requires at least four (4) years experience in a clerical capacity, preferable in a clinical site.
