Local Rental Company offering Job for interior and exterior rehab/renovation services for apartment communities in Local area. We are currently hiring experienced individuals and/or crews to service our customers in the Springdale area.
Some duties include, but are not limited to:
Painting-sheetrock repairs, Tape/float/texture, painting walls/ceilings/trim/doors, etc.
Carpentry-trim repairs, interior door installation, cabinetry repairs, etc.
Countertops-Installation of new laminate countertops, sinks, garbage disposals, etc.
Cabinetry-Installation of new cabinet boxes, hardware, etc.
Electrical-Installation of new light fixtures, switches, outlets, fans, smoke alarms, etc.
Plumbing-Installation of new faucets, toilets, tubs/showers, manifolds, supply lines, etc.
HVAC-Installation of new vent covers, thermostats, etc.
Accessories-Installation of mirrors, window blinds, door hardware, bath hardware, etc.
Tile-Some tilework may be required, repairs or new installations
Appliances-Install appliance package (refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
Minimum 1 year Multi-Family (Apartment) Make-Ready Experience
Must have own equipment/tools (airless sprayer a must for painters)
Must have reliable transportation and cell phone
Drug-free
