Title: Project Manager Location: Bentonville, AR Type: Contract Job Description: Requirements
- Should have industrial recognized certification such as PMP or from Scaled Agile
- Should have experience working with a fast phased environment with multi-geo, multi-vendor scenario
- Should has a experience in Agile, Lean, Kanban, SAFe
- Experience in retail domain - especially with MDM strongly preferred
- Create use cases, context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and data mapping document
- Create design documents, system architecture diagrams and perform impact analysis
- Apply data science principles, analytics, elasticity, supply and demand principles for rules engine
- Develop or assist with product vision, product roadmap of feature and capabilities to ensure alignment of product development efforts with business strategic plans.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and other analytical tools
- create project plans, playbooks, and works with engineering team for delivery.
- Liaise with the project manager to review project goals and for creating proposals for enriched fields in UI design
- Build and enforce data integrity and validation
- Performing all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, requirements modeling and requirements implementation
- Responsible for Gathering and analyzing the requirements and convert them into User Requirement Specifications and Functional Requirement Specifications for the designers and developers to understand them as per their perspective.
- Develop stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA
- help maintain project plans and works with engineering team
- Sync up with the project/program/product manager for reviewing project goals and for creating proposals for future developments and enriched fields in UI design.
- Provide product support in agile ceremonies and other product activities
- Work with development team on demos across markets
- Maintain JIRA boards or Kanban boards
- Support in tracking KPIs / product metrics across markets
- Build and enforce data integrity and validation
- Create data mapping between current and to-be systems
- Perform Data Analysis using SQL and provide detail reports
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Product Management and apply to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
- Support product implementation and deployment
- Support various international markets in various time zone
- Manage project plan and work with engineering teams with scrum masters to ensure plans are on track.
- Follow best practices and standards for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
