Position SummaryWhat you'll doThe Walmart Drone Delivery team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and launch unique shopping experiences for drone delivery. You will drive the product vision and strategy for drone delivery by connecting the technical and business worlds, from ideation and discovery, to launch. You will work cross-functionally with key partners across our operations, strategy, product, finance, and marketing teams to gain alignment. You will collaborate with these stakeholders to define success, prioritize features, and perform user acceptance testing. A successful candidate can solve complex business problems, initiate, and drive strategic projects, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences.You'll sweep us off our feet if
You have experience in defining and implementing product strategy for emerging tech and unique customer propositions
You thrive in an ambiguous environment and have experience driving innovation within a mature organization
You have a demonstrated track record of gaining cross-functional alignment, are comfortable influencing others, managing stakeholders, and getting buy-in from leadership
You have excellent communication skills are and comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
You have a test and learn mentality and are passionate, driven, and humble in your approach
Responsibilities
Manage the drone delivery product roadmap strategy and enable launch of new products that are based on customer insights and prioritize features based on customer and business impact
Launch brand-new shopping experiences for drone delivery customers
Establish mechanisms to understand our customers, what's working well, and pain-points within the customer journey
Understand business problems, define requirements, and translate them into solutions and detailed feature specifications
Ensure product-launch readiness and stakeholder success by driving adoption and training
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and key external partner teams to drive buy-in and effectively communicate by translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
What you'll bring:
5+ years of technical product management experience, owning technology products
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience in building and driving adoption of new services
Experience with end-to-end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as engineering or computer science
Professional experience in the UAS, aviation, or robotics industry
Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
