We're expanding our Order Management Platform to the international market and need YOU to lead the charge in optimizing and standardizing our Direct Imports! As a Product Manager III- International you will play a key role in the product development management for Direct Imports.What You'll Do:

Drive the development and implementation of NOVA 2.0 for the Mexico & Canadian markets.

Simplify and enhance the Purchase Order creation process.

Lead the transition to a unified Global Tech platform.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role

Excellent understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)

Strong business and financial acumen

Stakeholder Management

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to develop product and market strategies

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

If none are listed, there are no preferred qualifications.Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 2 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
