The team is responsible for creating strategic clarity, implementing strategic initiatives, resetting the Merchandising operating model, and building and deploying strategic capabilities.You'll make an impact by:
Partner with business and finance partners to set and track Merchandising goals and report progress on key strategic focus areas.
Own and manage decision-making, inform, and execution touchpoints for the Merchandising organization.
Shape materials and support leadership preparedness for high profile meetings.
Work collaboratively with business partners to create transparency and clarity on how to execute the strategy and break down barriers to accelerate pace.
Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.
