Located in a quiet, well-maintained office complex off of Oracle Rd, begin or expand your practice by sharing a small office with a well-established massage therapist. You will have a furnished 90 sq ft treatment room. You will also have shared use of the waiting room, private bathroom, and break room with private storage for your linens, paperwork, etc. Practitioner must hold a current, valid AZ license and professional liability insurance. While a 6-12 month lease agreement is preferred, month to month is available, as well as a negotiable security deposit.
