Position Title: Assistant to Property Manager/Owner of Phenix Salon Suites - Tucson, AZ. Phenix Salon Suites - Williams Centre located at 5460 E. Broadway Blvd, Ste 324, Tucson, AZ 85711 and Phenix Salon Suites - Campbell Plaza 2914 N. Campbell Ave., Tucson, AZ 85719

Work Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Workdays and work hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
Compensation: $20 per hour

As Assistant to Property Manager/Owner you will provide coverage for BOTH Phenix Salon Suites – Tucson, AZ locations daily (Location 1: 5460 E. Broadway Blvd and Location 2: 2914 N Campbell Ave). Must have a vehicle.
Your responsibilities for both Phenix Salon Suites – Tucson, AZ locations will include (but are not limited to):
#1 - Salon Professional Support & Relations
-Respond professionally to questions, maintenance needs, and salon professional concerns.
-Support onboarding of new salon professionals, including salon suite tours and salon suite move-in/move-out coordination.
-Ensure salon professional compliance with their agreements and report issues to property manager or owner in a timely manner.
#2 - Cleaning & Maintenance Oversight (Essential Duty)
-Perform daily cleaning of shared/common areas (foyer, breakroom, restrooms, hallways, etc.). Cleaning to include vacuuming carpets in the hallways, cleaning of hallway waiting benches, sweeping/moping of floors (restrooms, breakroom, front lobby and back lobby area), cleaning of lobby door glass and cleaning of the facility windows, cleaning of restrooms. Additional cleaning duties may be added by property manager or owner at their discretion.
-Refill restroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc.). Refill paper towels in the breakroom. Refill hand soap in restrooms and breakrooms. Report any inventory needs to property manager or owner.
-Monitor overall cleanliness of the Phenix Salon Suites – Tucson, AZ facilities and report any issues or damage in suites or common areas to property manager or owner.
#3 - Property Manager and Owner Support
-Support property manager and/or owner with tasks needed to facilitate repairs/maintenance/issue resolution.
-Monitor and respond to calls, emails, and texts from property manager and/or owner in a professional and timely manner.
#4 - Facility Coordination
-Perform routine walkthroughs to ensure all areas are clean, functional, and safe.
-Report and follow up on repair/maintenance requests for property manager and/or owner.
-Help ensure building access systems (doors, security) are working properly.
#5 - Marketing Support
-Help prepare vacant salon suites for tours and showings.
-Provide tours and walk-ins on behalf of the property manager or owner.
