Position Overview: We are currently seeking qualified Armed Guards to join our team in Tucson Arizona. The Armed Guard will be responsible for providing armed security services to clients in various settings, including commercial properties, construction sites, and residential communities.
Responsibilities:
Perform armed security patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
Monitor surveillance equipment and security alarms to detect and respond to security threats.
Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering restricted areas.
Respond to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or security breaches, in a timely and effective manner.
Complete accurate and detailed reports documenting security incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
Maintain proficiency in the use of firearms and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a valid Arizona Armed Guard license.
Prior military, law enforcement, or security experience preferred.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
