Role Overview: As a Phone Pro/Telemarketer, you will be an integral part of our lead generation team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients over the phone, build rapport, and generate leads for our real estate investment opportunities. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing team to identify prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospects and follow-up on leads generated through various channels.

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their investment goals and needs.

Educate prospects about our investment opportunities and services.

Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and set appointments for our sales team.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for real estate.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a bonus.
