Key Responsibilities:
Assist in property research, market analysis, and data entry.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management.
Utilize computer skills for document preparation and data management.
Conduct property showings and open houses as needed.
Learn and apply real estate laws, regulations, and processes.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in computer and phone usage.
Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Fast learner with a strong motivation to succeed.
Real estate license or willingness to obtain one (training provided).
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
Prior experience in real estate or related field is a plus.
