Our beautiful apartment community is seeking an energetic, professional and reliable individual to perform the duties of a Leasing Consultant. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service, sales experience, excellent organization skills and must be a self-starter. Other skills required include general knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Some experience with Yardi, Rent Cafe, CRM or other multifamily software programs preferred but can train. Marketing skills are also a plus including Craigslist Ad posting, Facebook, etc. This is a full time position including most Saturdays. We offer competitive pay based upon your experience along with quarterly and year-end bonuses and rent discounts. We also offer great benefits including a 401K program with employer contribution after one year. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
