Varitech Commercial Services is seeking a dependable, professional individual for a service coordinator position with a commercial service company.
A qualified candidate is a self-starter who can multi-task, plan and organize while working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and computer skills are essential.
Proven previous experience dispatching/coordinating service and working with technicians and customers in an upbeat fast-paced environment is mandatory.
Skills required include:
Professional phone skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office – Excel – Word – Outlook
Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
Some QuickBooks knowledge
Service management programs knowledge
Duties include
Works closely with the Service Manager
Assists with incoming phone calls
Customer care and service follow-up
Scheduling contract service
Assist in coordinating service technicians
Third party service coordination and billing
Warranty billing
