Duties
1. Works closely with Service Manager
2. Operates a tablet-based service program
3. Assists with phones
4. Customer care and service follow up
5. Warranty service billing
6. Third party service billing
7. Contract service scheduling and coordination
Dispatching
1. Assists primary coordinator with routing of service technicians
2. Provides technicians with call details and service history
Computer
1. Builds information system in service program
a. Service history
b. Equipment lists
c. Customer rates
d. Special billing
2. Third party service coordination
a. Primary contact for all third-party service agreements
b. Verifies entry of proposals, not to exceed amounts, tech entries
4. Warranty authorization and billing
