Part Time Data Entry
General Description of Duties:
Data entry clerks are the link between paper information and computer data. Data entry clerks take information from different locations that is written down, such as reports or other information, and enter it into an electronic data system for storage and analysis.
Duties include but not limited to:
Heavy Data entry
File
Help with cleaning the office once a week
Keep record of all call slips in Google Docs
Monitor emails for schedule requests
Answer phones - Schedule
This position assists with various clerical and customer service tasks, in addition to other duties, in the fast paced, daily operation of an engineering firm.
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
Good typing/data entry and clerical skills are required.
Must be able to follow instructions and procedures.
Must be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Must manage time efficiently and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Must be dependable, follow details accurately, excellent communication skills and use confidentiality with office matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) is preferred.
Must be multi-tasked orientated will support office staff with clerical duties that include but not limited to typing, customer service, receptionist, taking complete and accurate messages, photocopying, filing, faxing and data entry
Work Hours:
Part Time flexible (4-6 hours) Mon-Fri 11am-4pm
Compensation: $12.00/hr.
