Established, industry leading automotive accessory manufacturer looking for an Office Assistant/Data Entry Clerk. Work in a family-oriented environment with great employees who work together as a team for the benefit of the business. The majority of our employees have been here for over 10 years, some over 20 years, which speaks to the work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Order Entry/Processing
Invoicing, Backorder Processing
Data Entry
Handle Importing, Printing, and Processing of Dropship Orders.
Emailing and Mailing of Invoices/Statements
Light Receptionist Duties
Possible Help with our Social Media Presence - Facebook, Instagram, Etc.
Requirements:
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Organizational and Time Management Skills
Strong Typing Skills
Must be a Self-Starter with a Strong Work Ethic
Punctual and Reliable
Team Player with a Positive Attitude - Willing to Learn.
Excellent Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
