High volume real estate agent has an open position for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant. In this role, you provide administrative support and customer service. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Over the phone customer service and phone etiquette are very important. Experience in an office environment, especially in residential real estate, is beneficial. Experience with real estate transactions and processes, such as paperwork and systems is a plus.

College degree is NOT necessary!

If you are an active Realtor, DO NOT APPLY.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. 40 hours a week with unpaid lunch. Or 8 Am to 4 PM with no lunch. No weekends or holidays EVER. Your hours are set and consistent. We will pay for your monthly parking pass. You will have your own private office. Twice a month business lunches are provided.

Must have 1+ year experience in office manager, real estate or admin environment This is not an entry-level position. Do not apply if you have no experience.

This is a fast paced and fun environment. Having a sense of humor is important. Professional dress and appearance are required for our clients we meet with. No jeans and tennis shoes. We are located in the Transamerica building in downtown Tucson. We will pay for your monthly parking pass also.

Reliable transportation is critical. You will spend some time in the field a couple times a week. We will reimburse you for your miles and gas. This is the fun part of the job.

Real Estate Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answer phones and manage the reception desk. Good phone etiquette!

- Maintain appointment calendars for agent

- Customer service to clients and other Realtors. We give amazing customer service!

- File and maintain all necessary documents for the office

- Follow up with potential clients

- Help get properties ready for sale

- Post active property listings from our database on our social media accounts

- Marketing Coordination

- Call Real Estate Agents for Showing Feedback

- Coordinate vendors for New Listings

- Manage Online Photos Prior to Listing New Homes for Sale

- Preparation of listing documents and disclosures

Basic Requirements:

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs and Google Suite

- Great customer service

- Phone etiquette

- Positive Attitude!

- Good Sense of Humor

Preferred Skills:

- Strong Follow-up Skills

- Organized

- Strong Communication

- Eye for Details

- Bilingual in Spanish

- Ability to create systems and work flow

Pay: $20.00 per hour starting. Pay raises every at set times until pay is $30 a hour at two year Anniversary.
