Part time to start February 1st. Full-Time starting approx. February 15th to April 15th.
We are currently seeking a part-time going into full-time administrative assistant to join our qualified team of professionals and to support our office. The role will include front office support, including interaction with clients, and is a temporary position for the current tax season. With a possibility of 2 days a week after April 15th. A range of 12-20 hours per week will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Paperless office; electronically file client documents; set up new clients in various software applications
Answer phones and greet clients
Prepare client mailings
Schedule client appointments
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Ability to provide superior client service
Strong knowledge of Word and Excel a plus
Expectations:
Part-time position, 12 hours per week in the beginning and going to 40 hours per week by approx. Feb 15th.
Monday through Friday, with possible Saturdays near end of season.
