Key Responsibilities:
Fabricating and finishing solid surface countertops and components to precise specifications
Reading and interpreting plans, templates, and technical drawings
Cutting, sanding, shaping, and polishing solid surface materials
Ensuring finished products meet quality and aesthetic standards
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to shop safety protocols
Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
Proven experience fabricating solid surface materials (e.g., Corian, Avonite, or similar brands)
Proficiency with hand and power tools (routers, sanders, saws, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks in a shop environment
Knowledge of safety protocols and proper tool handling
Team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
