Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the production and assembly of custom cabinets
Preparing materials for projects (measuring, sanding, cutting)
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Loading and unloading materials and finished products
Supporting skilled craftsmen with various tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in woodworking or construction with a basic understanding of shop tools and safety procedures
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks in a shop environment
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Clean driving record and transportation
