Compensation is determined at interview, based on experience
Full-Time (40 hours per week)
(Monday – Friday: main hours 7am – 3:30pm (but could be as early as 6am to as late as 5pm)
We are a Mostly Home & some Commercial Remodeling Company that is looking for experienced trade-men. We are looking for Trade-men with experience in carpentry, drywall repairs, window & door trim, painting and other misc. specialties.
Trade-man responsibilities:
● Understanding of carpentry, drywall, paint, trim, framing, stucco & roofing.
● Perform all duties assigned by the Construction Manager or Foreman
● Carry materials and supplies from trucks to job site so they are ready for installation or other tasks
● Clean up job site at end of shift and ensure all equipment is properly secure for the night
● Follow instructions to ensure safety of entire team
● MUST HAVE Valid Driver's License
● MUST HAVE Transportation
● MUST HAVE your own tools
Trade-man qualifications and skills:
● Must have 2 + years of remodeling experience
● Ability to complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision
● Excellent verbal communication skills
● Ability to work in all weather conditions
● Must be able to lift at least 50 + pounds
● MUST HAVE Valid Driver's License
● MUST HAVE Transportation
● MUST HAVE your own tools
