As a Painter at CCI Industries, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our doors maintain their superior quality and aesthetic appeal. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, including the Reactor E-xpl engineered to process and spray polyurea and other coatings requiring high pressures, you'll contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities:
-Operate the Reactor E-xpl to process and spray polyurea and other coatings according to project specifications.
-Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and any other prep work that is necessary.
-Apply paint or coating using various techniques, ensuring even coverage and quality finish.
-Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
-Assist with the assembly of doors, including installing hardware and components to ensure the functionality and integrity of the final product.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Openness to constructive criticism and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.
-Reliable and accountable, with a strong work ethic.
-No prior experience required; we are willing to train eligible prospects.
Benefits:
-$16 hourly wage, commensurate with experience.
-Benefits package available after successful completion of a 90-day probation period.
-Monday through Friday schedule, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, providing work-life balance.
