Job Description-

Front Desk Receptionist

Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be providing excellent customer service, checking patients in and providing support for our practitioners.

Job is lightly physical, with some bending and stooping. Steady and reliable transportation needed.

This position starts with one 5-hour shift, possibly increasing over time. Flexibility to cover shifts when requested is required. Minimum 6 month commitment desired.

Duties

Checking patients in, collecting payment, and recording daily sales.

Scheduling, cancelling and confirming appointments with online scheduling system.

Answering the phone, returning voicemails.

Filing patient charts, pulling patient charts and preparing daily schedules.

Assisting practitioner in treatment rooms by cleaning stations, laundry and folding.

Light janitorial duties, vacuuming, dusting, windows, keeping lobby tidy.

Experience

Prior experience in reception preferred by not mandatory. There will be 3-5 training sessions before starting.

Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Prior experience with customer service roles.

Ability to Multitask in an efficient manner.

Proficient with phone skills

Pay: $14 -$15 /hr
