Care management agency is searching for mature care partners to work with our clients in their homes and in assisted living facilities
If you have experience working for a home care agency, are familiar with issues older adults face and have compassion and integrity, we want to hear from you!
1. We are looking for a mature care partner who has experience in behavioral health management
2. A care partner for 12 hour shifts. Day time and overnights. Experience with Dementia care required.
3. A floater who is available for fill-ins and call offs in addition to regular assignments.
