Penca has immediate openings for an experience prep cook.
Our kitchen focuses on traditional Mexican food from central Mexico. We prepare everything from scratch, fresh ingredients and locally sourced as possible.
Our evening service is constantly busy.
Prep schedule starts at 7am or 8am, part time and full time positions available, Wednesday to Sunday.
We are looking for a kitchen staff that are passionate about food, preparation and delivery, that take pride on their work and the final product.
We close for a week in the summer around 4th of July, Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving.
We are located on Broadway in a beautifully restored building.
