Kitchen MGR/ Exec Chef

The Jackrabbit Lounge, 2000 N Oracle Rd. Looking for Kitchen Manager to continue an already established menu. Current Chef is moving on and we need someone who is knowledgeable and confident enough to continue the operations already set. Looking for someone who can learn and execute menu, handle ordering and quality control, learn or execute profit/loss reports, and someone who can contribute to an already chill, family vibe. We have several concepts in the works, so chance of advancement is available. Food handler Cert is a plus. Must have reliable vehicle to address incidentals and to be called upon if needed. Honest, dependable wage with assurance that you will not have to sacrifice quality of life.
