Job description: Be able to make 5 course upscale dinners for approximately 28 people and crew meals for staff. Also responsible for making breakfast and lunch for guests. As well as being able to make 4 course upscale shore lunches in the field for fishing guests.
Job Responsibilities: Cooking all meals, help with food orders, weekly deep cleaning of kitchen
Job requirements: Need at least 3 years of references. Prefer 2 years of lodge experience. No visible tattoos. No drug or alcohol problems.
