Job Title: Kitchen Assistant for Cannabis Infusions

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our cannabis infusion kitchen team. Responsibilities:
Infusion and Edibles Production
Assist in the preparation of cannabis-infused products and the creation of various edibles.
Follow precise recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in infused products.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain accurate records of ingredient usage.
Cleaning and Sanitization
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
Packaging and Labeling
Package finished cannabis-infused products.
Label products and ensure that packaging materials meet quality standards and state regulatory standards.
Compliance and Safety
Adhere to all regulations and guidelines set forth by local cannabis regulatory authorities.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following sanitation and safety protocols.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Inventory Management
Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of cannabis-infused products and raw materials.
Communicate with supervisors to reorder supplies as needed.
Minimize waste by accurately tracking ingredient usage.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and labeling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must be 21 years of age.
Flexibility to work weekdays Monday - Friday as needed.
Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment, particularly in cannabis-infused product manufacturing, is preferred.
Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
