Infrastructure Technician I Summary: This role is responsible for supporting the communication and computing environment for network infrastructure, servers, communication systems, and desktops under close supervision. Duties: - Deliver and set-up computers, telephones, and networks for new employees - Perform preventive maintenance on data and voice communication systems and hardware - Participate in Safety and Environmental programs - Troubleshoot to determine infrastructure problems Preferred Qualifications: - Must have at least 2 years of experience in electronic systems and hardware troubleshooting, and repair - A+ certification is preferred - Knowledge of voice systems - Experience with troubleshooting and analyzing computers and voice systems #DiceVacancy caducado!
