Description We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Clerk for a contract-to-hire position with our construction firm. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day financial and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all transactions.Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, record keeping, and bill payments.
Maintain financial databases and prepare accurate reports.
Oversee payroll and tax document processes.
Assist in monthly financial audits.
Manage confidential financial data.
Requirements
Experience in accounting - data entry experience of invoices
Proficiency in MS Office and open to learning new software
High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
