Ability to work from home

Your Role:

Answer incoming calls with empathy and understanding.

Respond to customer emails professionally.

Schedule in-home appointments with our skilled Appliance Repair Technicians.

Communicate effectively to ensure customers are well-informed about appointment times and services.

Order and manage parts efficiently.

Precisely enter data into our company software.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must be a Tucson resident, but can relocate after training.

Reliable transportation to and from work, or on bus route.

Internet service at home and personal computer or laptop.(Will be provided to the right candidate if needed.)

We will work with your schedule, but general availability M-F 7am-5pm is preferred.

Benefits & Compensation:

Competitive pay starting at $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Monthly performance bonuses.

Pay increase every 6 months.

7 days of PTO per year.
