Small, local business (less than 25 employees) seeks Office Manager / Accountant responsible for maintaining the overall office operations and procedures including: bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, banking, preparing weekly payroll, assisting with new hire onboarding, record keeping, data entry, filing, marketing and other clerical functions, administrative/managerial support as may be requested.
The expected hours in the office are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one (1) hour lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM.
