Changing the future of our firm, the industry and the advisor-client relationship.Job OverviewPosition Schedule: Full-TimeResponsible for delivering guidance on Enterprise-level technology and appropriate technology usage across portfolios. This role will aid in the discovery of new and existing technology usage across the Firm, developing solution architecture implementation diagrams and the development of proofs of concept for wide-scale awareness and adoption.

Developer ability with strong/proven ability leveraging Java, Kubernetes, Azure:

Kubernetes Developer Certification (not required, but desired)

Azure Architect Certification (not required, but desired)

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills:

Ability to drive strategy/change across various teams and levels of organization

Ability to present at various levels of organization

Minimum 5 years experience as technical or solution oriented architect

Experience or understanding of cross-discipline architecture practices (Business and Data)

Minimum of 5 years of development experience leveraging:

Azure

Azure Architect Certification (not required, but desired)

Java

Kubernetes

Kubernetes Developer Certification (not required, but desired)

Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Models as well as expert knowledge of Agile, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration

A proven track record of successfully delivering results

Proven interpersonal skills including cross-team and cross-organizational engagement and collaboration

Proven analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands and demonstrated prioritization of demands

Ability to influence peer and partner teams

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills:

Ability to drive strategy/change across various teams and levels of organization

Ability to present at various levels of organization

Financial Services or Wealth Management experience preferred
