About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead the framework design and management of the Corporate Credit Risk talent development oversight program and delegated credit authority program. We are seeking a highly motivated credit/banking professional with outstanding leadership skills, (i) to design, implement, and manage the Wholesale Credit Officer training program supporting commercial banking partner groups. This role will operate in partnership with Learning & Development, to deliver top of class credit training content, key competencies, and performance measurement tools at both the early talent and experienced professional levels and (ii) manage and enhance the credit approval delegation authority program and ongoing performance monitoring of credit officers with delegated credit authority. This role will report to Head of Credit Strategy, Planning and Governance.In this role, you will:Key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
Design, implement, and manage a Wholesale Credit training curriculum, aligned to key competencies credit officer competencies, that can be leveraged through early talent as well as experienced credit professionals;
Coordinate with Learning & Development and other risk and business stakeholders to develop a credit officer training program across Wholesale Banking and Independent Risk Management;
Manage and enhance Delegated Credit Approval Authority (DCAA) processes and measurement tools against the qualifications of roles that are granted the ability to approve Credit on behalf of Wells Fargo Wholesale businesses and Independent Risk Management;
Design and implement monitoring program to track credit officer KPI and acceptable thresholds;

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications, US:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

A BS/BA degree or higher

Knowledge of or experience working with CIB or CB products and services
