DescriptionProgram Support SpecialistRemote - Candidates must be located in or near Tempe, AZReady to make a difference?ICF is seeking a highly organized team member to provide support to our energy efficiency programs in Arizona. We are seeking experienced staff to support the programs that we are delivering for our utility clients in the region. Our Program Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and completing project tasks related to the development and delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services. This position works on multiple projects and interacts with all levels of staff. Responsibilities primarily include program support, IT collaboration, data analysis and QA/QC, tracking portfolio budgets, assisting with monthly invoices, reporting, and other duties as assigned.Why you will love working here:

What you will be doing:Assist the Program Managers and Portfolio Manager with the following tasks:

Track program budgets and program progress towards goals, maintain forecast models and provide regular reporting and status updates

Research and data gathering to support meetings with clients and senior management on a monthly and ad-hoc basis to review budgets, spending, forecasts, and variances

Assist with timely invoicing; coordinate, track, and monitor invoicing process monthly

Work closely with program staff regarding financial management and corporate-wide initiatives; assist with preparation of supporting analysis for periodic project performance and revenue reviews

Management team meeting facilitation, scheduling and report dissemination

Sales and Pipeline support through team calls, CRM maintenance, updates, and reporting

Maintain clean reports through data analysis and QA/QC

Attend meetings and provide office support in the Tempe, AZ office 1 - 2 times monthly (more often as needed)

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analysis, Information Technology, Energy or related disciplines (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)

1+ year(s) professional experience within operational support, customer engagement, sustainability, energy efficiency programs and/or related

Professional skills to you will use:

Strong interpersonal skills including professionalism, cooperative attitude and ability to interact with managers and clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-disciplined, organized, and internally motivated

Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information

Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

Organized, self-starter, motivated, team player, excellent communication skills

Demonstrated intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel including proficiency in basic formulas, equations, functions, and pivot tables

Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and PowerPoint
