CPR Savers and First Aid Supply was founded by emergency safety service personnel who depended on the finest equipment and products available to be prepared in an emergency situation. Many of the products we offer are currently being used by lifeguard agencies, fire departments, hospitals, governmental agencies, schools, CPR instructors, as well as businesses and families. We are seeking a $17.00/hour Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the customer service team and sales calls for the company.

Please note this is an in person position. We do not offer remote work

Responsibilities:

Customer service operations

Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit

Various administrative duties as needed

Perform day to day activities such as take phone orders, process orders, maintain vendor's relationships, maintain customer's relationships, & process shipments

The position also requires the use of the internet and computer software such as Web based email, Microsoft Office, Bright Pearl, and PayPal among others.

Cold calling like minded business

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent writing and communication skills

Strong leadership qualities

High School Graduate Required

2+ years experience in sales preferred

Detailed oriented

Strong organizational skills

Proven track record of inbound and outbound sales

Possess strong problem-solving skills

Be a strong team player

Must be able to multi-task

Works well and is effective under pressure

Bilingual preferred

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be available to work Monday Friday 7:00 am 6:00 pm (hours vary)

Benefits and Compensation:

Comprehensive Health Plan paid in part for the employee (family members at full additional cost). Eligible at 60 days of successful employment

12 days of Paid Time Off per year, accrued @ 3.25 hours per 80 hours worked.

401K Eligible after one year of employment.

$17.00 per hour starting pay
