Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Management: Overseeing and guiding a team of RV service technicians, ensuring adherence to schedules and company policies.

Customer Service: Interacting with customers to understand their needs, providing estimates, and communicating service progress.

Service Operations: Managing daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring efficient workflow within the service department.

Technical Expertise: Possessing strong knowledge of RV systems and components, as well as repair and maintenance procedures.

Financial Management: Developing and managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and implementing cost control measures.

Quality Control: Ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are completed to high standards.
