As you personally greet our Guests and assist them throughout the day, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of "Turning moments into memories for our guests".Reporting to the Privado Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Owning the entrance of the hotel, assisting our arriving and departing guests while providing exceptional serviceEnsure timely and seamless delivery and collection of guest luggageProvide guest room escort and orientation upon arrivalFacilitate ice delivery upon requestTransport guests throughout the property in golf cartChauffeur guests to and from the nearby shopping plaza as well as the Scottsdale airport in the house carEnsure seamless car or taxi arrival/departure experienceValet park and retrieve vehicles for Privado hotel guests
