This team will ensure every last detail is accounted for from reservation to departure; taking the time to give genuine, continuous care for each guest. This level of detail and precision will be essential to creating a thoughtfully personalized and ultra-luxe experience that is exclusive to Privado.You will be reporting to the Privado Rooms Leaders; responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceProvide exceptional Concierge information to our guests about local and area attractions, restaurants, theatres, special events, tickets, confirmations and other available servicesProvide pre-arrival, arrival and departure assistance for all Privado guestsOversee room assignments for all incoming guestsDevelop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Privado and Fairmont loyaltyDevelop and maintain contacts with business partners, concessionaires, local community and counterparts of Privado throughout Fairmont Hotels & ResortAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayAddress guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper departmentsReview guest billing for arriving and departing guests to ensure accuracyMaintain cleanliness and organization of Privado back of house spacesValet Park and retrieve vehicles for Privado hotel guests overnightOwning the entrance of the hotel, assisting our arriving and departing guests while providing exceptional serviceEnsure timely and seamless delivery and collection of guest luggageProvide guest room escort and orientation upon arrivalTransport guests throughout the property in golf cartFollow department policies, procedures, service standards and safety policiesOther duties as assigned
