Position Details:Adult Patient·Acuity Level: Trach/Vent·Location: Scottsdale (85254)·Schedule: Monday and Friday 9a-6p (Day SHIFTS)About case: Patient is an adult male who is needing help 2 days a week. The patient has a trach and ventilator. This family is an amazing and kind family to work with. (We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)Responsibilities:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
