Establish the DevX practice with a vision aligned to organizational goals.
Develop strategic initiatives to enhance the overall developer experience, to support business objectives and drive technological innovation.
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for DevX and track the impact on developer satisfaction and productivity.
Implement tools and systems necessary for the development and continuous improvement of the DevX practice.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to lead engineers.
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
Bachelor's degree in related field required or equivalent experience.
Master’s degree in related field preferred
3+ years of engineering team management experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing DevX tools such as Developer Portal, Engineering Insights, CI/CD
4+ years of AWS experience including building and maintaining services such as EC2, EKS, S3, RDS.
Knowledge of Harness CI, CD and other products is preferred.
Proficient in couple of scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Shell or Ruby.

You will have 5 direct reports and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.Your Work LocationAs our Manager, Cloud Platform, you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art technology hub in Scottsdale, AZ.
