Administrative Assistant
$16.50 + DOE M-F - 40 hours a week

This position is responsible for the clerical support to the CEO and office staff and is a balance of duties including filing, printing/copying, shredding, ordering supplies, insurance updates, prep for events, forms revision, and overall staff support.
Success in the role is measured on:

To prioritize staff requests and tasks.
To complete tasks as assigned in a quality manner and update staff on status.
Job Summary / Overview:
This position may do back up clerical support for the Operations, Bookkeeping, Human Resource, Training and Claims departments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Filing of all kinds for the CEO, along with compliance.
Printing and copying: in preparation for events, center and housing brochure requests, in
preparation for training, and for other requests.
Bookkeeping
Ordering office supplies, business supplies i.e. business cards, posters, and other supplies.
Manage paid reconciliations i.e. attaching receipts to recons for filing.
Assist in prepping for events as needed.
Assist in revising online forms.
Running office errands in company vehicle.
Assist with ADOT and Fleet Management.
General staff support for above described departments as assigned.
Be able to maintain confidentiality for filing and other confidential information.
Knowledge or Experience:
Be familiar with filing practices including both alphabetical and numerical.
Be familiar with common office machinery.
Be familiar with Microsoft Office and be able to learn other computer software.
Have attention to detail and organizational skills.
QuickBooks, a plus.
Minimum Qualifications / Education / Certifications:
A High School Diploma or GED.
A valid Arizona Driver’s License.
Pass a drug test
Pass a Background
Verified legal status to work in the United States.
