Project manager needed for a structural and misc steel fabricator and erector located in Glendale, AZ. Requirements and responsibilities below
Manages detailing and submittal schedules
knowledge of steel fabrication and erection
Review and respond to RFIs or sends to design team for response
Works with GCs to coordinate schedules or install and material requirements
Manages shop releases and fabrication schedule to ensure on time deliveries
Works with Field Foreman to strategize and complete projects
Orders and terminates equipment rentals and cranes as required for jobsites
Can read, navigate and understand design drawings
Can read, navigate and understand shop and erection drawings
Responsible for reviewing update design drawings and issuing change orders for their projects
must be able to use word, excel and tekla powerfab
General computer knowledge
must have current drivers license and clean driving record for site visits and getting field measurements
