We are a multi state Hotel Centric Electrical Contractor looking to fill our Arizona project manager roll. Our current outgoing PM of 8 years is retiring and looking to help assimilate a new PM.
Managing Day to Day operations of multiple jobsites, superintendents, employees and vendors. This position requires travel around the state for those projects on an as needed basis. Flagstaff to Tucson with primary operations in greater phoenix metro area. Home office preferred.
3-5 yrs previous experience in managing projects from $500K to $1M or proven equivalent.
Proficient use of cell phone or iPAD photo taking utilizing our company standard PROCORE Construction management software to include daily reports, RFI’s and email communication on a daily basis.
Direct and supervise superintendents and employees on a daily basis.
Manage projects by planning ahead creating schedules for daily or weekly material acquisitions to optimize the labor and productivity of our projects.
Possess keen knowledge of commercial electrical work, to be able to learn and provide insight on the job site for a code compliant superior product.
Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude and professional customer service skills.
Valid Drivers License
Thorough knowledge of the NEC. A thorough understanding of the complete construction process
A solid understanding of electrical materials and methods
Experience in Electrical Estimating
Experience in Construction Scheduling
