We are a well-established general contracting company with strong relationships with all major property management service companies in the Greater Phoenix area. We specialize in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for commercial and residential properties. We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Commercial Plumber to join our team and help expand our plumbing services.
Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, flexible, and customer-focused plumber who is eager to grow their career and help us expand our plumbing business. While plumbing assignments will be the primary focus, the role will also involve performing work in other trades, such as drywall, painting, and general repairs, to ensure that our plumber consistently has full-time work. As our plumber grows the plumbing business, there is potential for additional assignments and possibly growing the team.
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $28+ per hour, depending on experience.
Performance-Based Bonus tied to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plumbing Assignments: Perform a variety of plumbing services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs across residential and commercial properties.
Marketing & Business Development: Actively market yourself and our company to expand plumbing services across the Greater Phoenix area.
Trade Flexibility: Willingness to perform work in other trades such as drywall, painting, and general repairs when plumbing assignments are not available.
Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Collaboration: Work with other team members to complete projects efficiently and contribute to team goals.
Skills & Qualifications
Plumbing Expertise: Five years experience with residential, commercial, and remodeling plumbing, including new construction and retrofitting.
Pipe Installation & Repair: Knowledge of pipe systems, including PVC, copper, galvanized steel, PEX, and CPVC, and skills in cutting, threading, and installing pipes for water, gas, and drainage systems.
Soldering & Copper Work: Proficient in soldering, sweating copper pipes, and using ProPress couplings for secure connections.
Drainage Systems: Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of drainage systems, including venting, sewer lines, and stormwater systems.
Fixture Installation: Expertise in installing and servicing plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, faucets, bathtubs, and showers.
Water Heaters: Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential and commercial water heaters, including tankless models.
Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, clogged pipes, low water pressure, or malfunctioning fixtures.
Blueprints & Codes: Ability to read blueprints and plumbing diagrams, and ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Remodeling Plumbing: Experience in plumbing for remodeling projects, including adapting to existing systems and meeting design and safety requirements.
Sewage Systems: Installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial sewage systems, including septic tanks, drain fields, and sewer connections.
Tools & Equipment: Proficient in the use of standard plumbing tools, including powered snakes, augers, plungers, pipe cutters, threading machines, and pipe benders.
Leak Detection: Ability to use modern technology, such as leak detection devices and cameras, to identify and resolve issues.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills and a focus on providing a positive customer experience, including handling service requests, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within the scheduled time frame.
Safety-Conscious: Adherence to safety protocols and best practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others while on job sites.
