What We’re Looking For
2+ Years of Install Experience – Residential HVAC install experience required
Strong Work Ethic – Show up on time, ready to work
Physically Capable – Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics, crawl spaces, and the Arizona heat
Clean Driver’s License – You can be trusted behind the wheel when needed
Team Attitude – Lone wolves don’t last here. We work as a crew
Problem Solver – You can spot install issues and find solutions fast
Positive Attitude – A good day’s work should feel good. Bring that energy every day
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations and replacements
Load/unload equipment, set units, run ductwork, pull wire, seal systems
Keep job sites clean, organized, and ready for inspection
Learn safety codes, install standards, and how to do clean, tight work
Represent McConahy Mechanical like a pro, clean, respectful, and reliable
Job Details
Location: Anthem, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
Pay: Up to $100,000 per year based on experience, certifications, and performance
Type: In-person, field-based role
License: Valid driver’s license required
Preferred: Hand Tools, EPA certification, journeyman license, etc.
