What We’re Looking For
Solid Work Ethic – You show up on time and get after it
Fast Learner – You pick things up quickly and take feedback seriously
Physically Capable – Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics, crawl spaces, and the Arizona heat
Clean Driver’s License – You can be trusted behind the wheel when needed
Team Attitude – Lone wolves don’t last here. We get it done as a crew
Experience helps, but we’re happy to train someone with grit and a good attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist lead installers on residential HVAC system replacements
Load/unload equipment, set units, run ductwork, pull wire, seal systems
Keep job sites clean, organized, and ready for inspection
Learn safety codes, install standards, and how to do clean, tight work
Represent McConahy Mechanical like a pro, clean, respectful, and reliable
Job Details
Location: Anthem, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
Pay: $18–$30/hour depending on experience and performance
Type: In-person, field-based role
License: Valid driver’s license required
Preferred: Hand Tools, EPA certification, journeyman license, etc.
