Maintenance Parts Runner
Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Department: Purchasing
Reports to: Purchasing Supervisor
A Maintenance Part Runner's job is to pick up and deliver parts and supplies to different departments. They may also assist with inventory management and communication with department heads to ensure adequate stock levels. This position will require you use your personal vehicle (will be paid for mileage for using your personal vehicle) and following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Picking and Delivering Parts: Retrieving and delivering parts and supplies to technicians, service techs, and other designated areas.
Inventory Management: Maintaining inventory records, replenishing stock, and reporting discrepancies.
Communication: Communicating with parts and service personnel to ensure efficient delivery and stock levels.
Vehicle Operation: Driving personal vehicles to pick up parts and make deliveries

Picking up parts from a local supplier to be delivered to a job site.

Making sure parts are properly packaged and labeled for transport.

Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have an optimum combination of the following:
Must have average Microsoft Excel
Able to work in Team environment and follow Chain of command.
Must have a valid Driver’s license
Must provide their last 3 year driving record
Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
Tenacious character and highly dependable (attendance is critical) candidates are preferred.
Bi-lingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
